Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once your RMA is issued:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include your proof of purchase
  • Clearly mention your RMA number on the package
  • Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team

Note: Return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by us, depending on the situation.


Refunds & Exchanges

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

  • Processing time: Up to 7 business days after receiving the item
  • Refund timeline: May take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been successfully processed.


Damaged or Defective Items
